The 25-year-old has become one of the most sought-after talents in the Betway Premiership after an exceptional 2024/25 campaign.

The midfielder’s stock soared even higher after his standout display for the South African national team. Kwayiba delivered a man-of-the-match performance for Bafana Bafana, capping it off with a crucial goal in their 2-0 victory over Mozambique at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Wednesday.
Speaking to SABC Sport after the match, Kwayiba confirmed the heightened interest in his services and shared his aspirations.
“Let’s hope that I’ll join a big club. I’ve been praying and I’m happy with my performance for Bafana Bafana,” he said during his post match interview.
“I want to do more, and I hope the move is going to happen. I’m hoping to play for a big team and then move overseas. That’s my dream, and it’s going to happen. I won’t mention the name of the team for now, but I want to play for one of the big three.”
Kwayiba initially joined Chippa United from Pretoria Callies at the start of the 2023/24 season. While his first season showed glimpses of his talent, it was the recently concluded campaign where he truly ignited his full potential, becoming a pivotal player for the Eastern Cape side.
His consistently strong performances earned him a well-deserved call-up to the national squad for the friendly matches against Tanzania and Mozambique, where he seized the opportunity to impress on the international stage.
With a potential move to a PSL heavyweight on the horizon and his sights firmly set on a future in European football, Sinoxolo Kwayiba’s career trajectory appears to be on a steep upward climb. His “dream” club move could be just the beginning of a remarkable journey.
