Orlando Pirates midfielder Selaelo Rasebotja is back in training and is edging closer to his return after being sidelined for eight months.
The 24-year-old midfielder joined the Buccaneers from SuperSport United last season but struggled with game-time before tearing his ACL and undergoing an operation in May 2025.
He has been working hard on his rehabilitation and now is just a few weeks away from returning to competitive action.
Rasebotja told KickOff: “Right now, I am at a stage where I am slowly being integrated into full training.
“It’s also just part of my rehab. After being out of action for such a long time, to slowly be getting back to full-team training.”
Pirates are back in action following an extended break due to the Africa Cup of Nations away to Sekhukhune United at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday 24 January.
