One of our regular readers, Skhumbuzo Mabuyakhulu, from Jozini, but currently stays in Durban, took his time to chat with one of our team members.
Hi Skhumbuzo, thank you for taking the time to chat with us. How long have you been following SBN?
Skhumbuzo Mabuyakhulu: Well, I work in a factory, so most of the guys are soccer punters and gambling is a big thing at work. I knew about the paper in 2016 when I started at my current job but I wasn’t really a punter at that time so I’d say I started following last year when the guys introduced me to betting.
Tell us more about that…
A friend of mine introduced me to betting because he thought I’d be great since I follow soccer a lot and I’m a soccer player myself. The guys would show me their tickets and I’d comment and give advice on what they should’ve picked, up until they took me to one of the Hollywoodbets branches and taught me how to place a bet.
Interesting, so you say you’re a soccer player, which team do you play for and which league?
I play for NCP United. We don’t play in any league because there is no association around my area so we play friendly games and little tournaments of our own every Sunday.
What do you like the most about SBN?
It’s the fact that they give us a clue on which teams to bet on and I like the tips at the back.
Who’s your favourite backpage tipster?
I would say Vuvu is my favourite.
Which team do you support?
I support Kaizer Chiefs, though they have been very disappointing lately.
Who’s your favourite player?
Definitely Cristiano Ronaldo
Would you like to give our readers your tips for this weekend?
Yes, for sure I’d love too. Take wins for Barnet (English League Two), Rangers (Scottish Premiership), Celta Vigo (Spanish La Liga), Juventus (Italian Serie A), Bayern Munich (German Bundesliga) and Tondela (Primeira Division).
Thanks a lot Skhumbuzo for your time. We hope the punters take your advice on this multiple. Cheers!
It was my pleasure. Continue the great work guys.
