Tottenham 5/10 draw 32/10 Fulham 51/10
Tottenham Hotspur came from three goals down to salvage a point in injury time against West Brom at The Hawthorns on Saturday. Spurs must now attempt to find a return to winning ways to ensure themselves of European football next season as they lie six points off fourth place Everton. Their opponents now believe avoiding relegation is within their grasp, a feat that appeared to be beyond the London club just a few weeks ago. A goal from Hugo Rodallega was enough for Fulham to beat the club one place above them, Norwich, 1-0 at Craven Cottage on Saturday. That added to last week’s win at Aston Villa, where Rodallega also scored the decisive goal, means that although Fulham are still in the bottom three, but are now only two points behind Norwich with four games remaining. Swansea City and West Bromwich Albion are now only three points ahead of them. Tottenham managed a 2-1 win in the reverse fixture and should get another win over their London rivals here.
West Ham 11/10 draw 24/10 Crystal Palace 9/4
West Ham host Crystal Palace this weekend with both sides practically safe from relegation. West Ham were second from bottom after a 2-1 defeat at Fulham on New Year’s Day, three points from safety, but a run of four consecutive wins in February saw Sam Allardyce’s men pull away from danger. They currently sit 11th, with a midweek match against Arsenal not played at the time of writing. Tony Pulis’ once relegation-threatened Crystal Palace have won their last three Premier League matches at the time of writing, beating Chelsea, Cardiff City and Aston Villa, and could yet finish in the top half – an unthinkable feat when the Welshman assumed the reins in December. Palace’s last away match was a 3-0 win at Cardiff. West Ham have won just six of their 17 home games and the draw is on the cards.
Newcastle 31/20 draw 23/10 Swansea 31/20
Newcastle’s 1-0 loss at Stoke represented their fourth consecutive defeat. However, they have a good chance of ending that bad form this weekend when they host a Swansea side who have lost 10 of their 17 travels. The Welsh lost their last away game 1-0 to Hull and Newcastle should do enough get the win here.
Aston Villa 24/10 draw 23/10 Southampton 11/10
Aston Villa lost their fourth consecutive match 1-0 at Crystal Palace. They can now add genuine anxiety to this season’s general sense of utter dissatisfaction. They are just four points above the relegation zone and not exactly playing like a team capable of rising. With three points a must this weekend, they host another team who are not playing to their capability. Southampton have lost five of their last eight matches after suffering a 1-0 home defeat to second from bottom Cardiff. Villa put an impressive showing in the first round meeting between the two sides earning a 3-2 away win. Southampton have won only six away games out of 17 this season, losing seven and Villa are tipped at a handsome 24/10 for the win.
Cardiff 29/20 draw 22/10 Stoke 18/10
Cardiff City gave their chances of survival in the Premier League a boost with a 1-0 victory over Southampton at St Mary’s. The win sees them just three points from safety and next up for the Blue Birds are a Stoke side who have won just two away games out of 17, losing 11. These sides drew 0-0 in the first round and Cardiff’s poor scoring form sees the draw tipped again.
Chelsea 1/5 draw 57/10 Sunderland 10/1
Relegation bound Sunderland will be desperate for a win when they travel to Stamford Bridge on Saturday but their chances of earning a even a point look farfetched. Chelsea have the best home record in the league with 15 wins and two draws in their 17 matches. The bottom of the log side gave a good account of themselves in the reverse fixture going down 4-3 but playing at Stamford Bridge, The Blues should thump them this time around.
Norwich 69/10 draw 4/1 Liverpool 7/20
Hull 36/10 draw 26/10 Arsenal 15/20
Arsenal’s midweek encounter against West Ham was yet to be played at the time of writing. Until their recent losses to Everton and Chelsea, The Gunners had the best away record. Hull are in a bad run of form in the league with five losses in their last eight matches. They have been inconsistent at the KC Stadium and have scored just 20 goals there, whilst conceding 16. Arsenal have won the last five head-to-head encounters with Hull and are my best bet this weekend at a decent 15/20.
Everton 27/20 draw 23/10 Manchester United 19/10
Manchester City 1/5 draw 58/10 West Brom 10/1
Prior to Manchester City’s match against Sunderland on Wednesday, The Citizens have scored a massive 52 goals at the Etihad Stadium, conceding a mere 10. After losing 3-2 to Liverpool at the weekend they need to pick up maximum points in their remaining games and hope that The Reds drop points. They host a West Brom side on Monday night whom they have beaten in the last four meetings. City are priced up at 1/5 for the win but if you looking for a better price take them on the handicap at 5/10.
