In a significant move for the Motsepe Foundation Championship, former Kaizer Chiefs and TS Galaxy winger Keagan Dolly has reportedly signed with Cape Town City.
According to football media outlet iDiski Times, the thirty-two-year-old has joined the recently relegated PSL outfit on a one-year deal with an option to extend.
Dolly’s signing brings a wealth of experience to Cape Town City as they aim for an immediate return to the Betway Premiership.
His presence was noted when he was seen in the stands during the club’s recent goalless draw against Venda FC.

The move comes after he became a free agent following his departure from TS Galaxy at the end of last season.
This transfer marks a homecoming for Dolly, who had his professional breakthrough in the Mother City with Ajax Cape Town (now Cape Town Spurs).
His career journey includes successful stints at Mamelodi Sundowns and a move to French club Montpellier in 2017 before returning to South Africa to play for Kaizer Chiefs and TS Galaxy.
Dolly’s decision to join a second-tier club is a major coup for Cape Town City and underscores their serious intent to secure promotion. His leadership and experience will be invaluable to the team’s campaign this season.
