Chippa United have exercised their option on Cameroon striker Bienvenu Eva Nga.
The 31-year-old frontman re-joined the Chilli Boys from Orlando Pirates in January on a short-term contract until the end of the season.
He scored four goals and provided four assists in his time with the club to earn a contract for the upcoming campaign.
The former Bidvest Wits player had struggled for game-time with Pirates, playing just 17 times and starting only three games, while scoring once, on debut in a 1-0 defeat of Moroka Swallows.
Eva Nga’s agent Charles Domingos confirmed the news to FARPost.
He said: “Eva signed a six-month deal and an option for one year.
“They have exercised the one year on his contract.”
