AmaZulu dismiss midfielder Ben Motshwari for ‘breach of conduct’

AmaZulu have announced the exit of Ben Motshwari “following a disciplinary investigation.”

The 34-year-old former Bidvest Wits and Orlando Pirates midfielder played 60 games for Usuthu, scoring one goal, following his transfer in 2023.

This season he has featured in seven matches across all competitions and last played for AmaZulu in the 2-1 Betway Premiership victory over Stellenbosch in September.

Public Relations Officer Philani Ndlela told iDiski Times: “The club has taken the decision to terminate the contract of Ben Motshwari following a disciplinary investigation. Mr Motshwari was found to be in breach of the club’s code of conduct.

“At this moment, this is all the information that we are able to share.”
