SuperSport United have announced the signing of Abubeker Nasir from Mamelodi Sundowns.
The 24-year-old Ethiopian attacker joined the Brazilians from Ethiopia Bunna for the 2022/23 campaign.
He got off to a great start but ultimately saw his season cut short due to injury and he managed just 14 games, scoring four goals.
He missed the start of the following season and went on to play only four games.
SuperSport have moved to sign the fit-again forward after Bradley Grobler was ruled out with his own recent injury.
A Matsatsant post on social media read: “SuperSport United is pleased to confirm the signing of Ethiopian striker, Abubeker Nasir from Mamelodi Sundowns on a one-year deal.
